Transparency Reveals Loan Progress in Real Time

Our Loan Process Transparency ensures clear communication between brokers and their clients. Unlike other commercial real estate lenders, we organize each loan package online, so brokers and borrowers can track the progress of their loan application in real time. Our eDocLending™ online system tracks each loan package through a five-stage process, which is monitored by a Loan Tracking Page that lists any missing documents required to advance and close the loan.  Loan Tracking Pages are automatically emailed to their respective brokers each Monday and Thursday morning.
